Position: Prep and Line Cooks
Terroni’s production kitchen and shop T.Spaccio located in east-end downtown; producing savory items, breads, gelato and pastry items for our Terroni locations and the public, is looking for Prep and Line Cooks to join our team.
Hourly Wage: Based on Experience
Responsibilities include:
- Some experience is necessary, but we are willing to train
- Full and part-time available
- Be highly organized and able to multitask
- Open/flexible availability preferred (early mornings, afternoons and weekends)
- Basic safe handling knife skills
- Ability to take direction
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Follow a given recipe and quality standard and prepare various food items using different methods and kitchen equipment such as oven, broilers, fryers, and grills
- Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef, or Sous Chef
- Food Handlers Certified or willing to obtain
