Position: Prep and Line Cooks


Terroni’s production kitchen and shop T.Spaccio located in east-end downtown; producing savory items, breads, gelato and pastry items for our Terroni locations and the public, is looking for Prep and Line Cooks to join our team.


Hourly Wage: Based on Experience


Responsibilities include:

  • Some experience is necessary, but we are willing to train
  • Full and part-time available
  • Be highly organized and able to multitask
  • Open/flexible availability preferred (early mornings, afternoons and weekends)
  • Basic safe handling knife skills
  • Ability to take direction
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Follow a given recipe and quality standard and prepare various food items using different methods and kitchen equipment such as oven, broilers, fryers, and grills
  • Performs additional responsibilities as requested by the Chef, or Sous Chef
  • Food Handlers Certified or willing to obtain
