Position: Sous Chefs

Terroni and Sud Forno are looking for Sous Chefs for our variety of our Toronto locations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Have 2 years’ experience as a Sous Chef or equivalent
  • Experience with Italian cuisine is a must
  • Consistently monitoring kitchen operations and cleanliness
  • Ordering, inventory and receiving procedures
  • Open availability (some weekends and early mornings included)
  • Menu planning and costing
  • Ensuring service and quality standards are met
  • Strong supervision skills
  • Hands on food preparation
  • Be highly organized and able to multitask
  • Possess basic recipe reading and measurement skills
  • Possess professional disposition with good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Food Handlers Certificate or willing to obtain
