Why is Mangia Bene Loyalty ending?
We introduced Mangia Bene Loyalty as a way to thank our guests while we upgraded our systems. After living with the program for a while, we've realized it isn't quite the right fit for how we want to recognize the people who support us.While this chapter is coming to an end, our appreciation for your loyalty certainly isn't. We're already working on new, more personal ways to thank you that feel more thoughtful and more true to who we are.
WHEN DOES MANGIA BENE LOYALTY END?
Mangia Bene Loyalty will officially conclude on December 31, 2026.
Can I still earn points?
Members can continue earning points until July 15, 2026. Beginning July 15, 2026, no new points will be earned.
Can I still redeem my points?
Yes. Existing points may continue to be redeemed until December 31, 2026.
What happens to my points after July 1, 2027?
Mangia Bene Loyalty will officially conclude on December 31, 2026. At that time, any remaining points will expire and no longer be available for redemption.
How do I check my points balance?
You can view your points balance by logging into your Mangia Bene Loyalty account using the same phone number or email address associated with your membership.
Will my points value change before the program ends?
No. Existing points will continue to hold the same redemption value until the program concludes on December 31, 2026.
Can I transfer my points to another member?
No. As outlined in the Mangia Bene Loyalty Terms & Conditions, points are non-transferable and may only be used by the account holder.
Will Terroni introduce another loyalty program?
While we are retiring Mangia Bene Loyalty, we remain committed to celebrating our loyal guests and will continue exploring more meaningful and unique ways to honour that loyalty.
I forgot to use my points. Can they be reinstated after DECEMBER 31?
We encourage all members to redeem their points before December 31, 2026. After the program concludes, points will no longer be available.

How can I redeem points?
You can redeem points at the checkout of any Sud Forno or Spaccio grocer or cafè location, but not their respective restaurants. Just ask your cashier for help.
If I forget to give the cashier my points info, can I claim points after my visit?
No, you cannot claim points after checking out, however, if you’ve linked your payment card with your loyalty account, you will automatically earn points every time you use it to make a purchase.
Where can I see my points balance?
You can see your points balance via the link we sent to your phone or email when you signed up. You can also request a points balance check at our cash register. Or visit one of the following links below:

Can I have a physical loyalty card?
No. Members can use their phone number, email or payment card at the register to link to their profile.
Is there a cost to join?
No, the club is free to join!
Is there a sign-up bonus?
Yes! You will receive 50 welcome points when you sign up.
Can I earn points on their first purchase after joining?
Yes! Members start earning immediately.
Are there any exceptions to points?
Yes, members cannot earn or redeems points on alcohol purchases.
Can I earn points when I pay using a gift card?
Yes, you can earn points when paying with a gift card.
Can I earn points for purchasing gift cards?
No, you will not earn points when purchasing gift cards.
Can this program be used at Terroni restaurants?
No, this program is not valid for us at any Terroni location or any Sud Forno or Spaccio à la carte dine-in.
Can the program be used to buy grocery items at Terroni?
No, this cannot be used for any purchases at any Terroni location.
Can the program be used on labottegaditerroni.com?
No, you cannot earn or use points on La Bottega, Terroni’s online shop.
Can this program be used at the Sud/Spaccio restaurants?
No the program is not for use at any sit-down à la carte restaurant location. That said, it can be used for items purchased in-house from the café that are then enjoyed in the location or to-go.
